nothing is confirmed i'm afraid, but i guess adding support for METAL could show more gfx effects without lowering the performance and still bring...
I played a bit on Mini Retina and it's so so, Iphone 6+ ... unless you are kid with small hands, you won't have much fun.
So i guess no METAL support is in, at least nothing new was added like shadow maps or etc. If anyone want to see the difference compared to PC...

Get Mini 2, Mini 3 have Fingerprint identity sensor, nothing else is worth mentioning (it have same CPU / GPU, RAM size)

That's typical for Beamdog, every other port goes smooth, except for IOS release. Well .. Baldurs Gate II is still not on Android..
