It's the Elite Character Unlock! Tap the faction image to toggle in the Equipment menu. I can't tell you how great it is to play with you guys!
You can unlock the extra characters and don't forget to switch teams in the lobby so you can play as the terrorists!
The ranks in the scoreboard and lobby have little bot badges on them.
