If you want to do any gaming, I suggest moving to the first one with dedicated graphics.
That, no multitouch and carrying two devices(off the top of my head), I did have some issues with it, but a system reset fixed it.
No macbook is going to run Crysis smoothly at any decent settings until you get into the ones with dedicated graphics.

The 10v is recommended, I believe it is easier to do and can have snow leopard on it.
I believe so, just make sure you get the 10v, the normal 10 won't work I believe, here is a guide from gizmodo on how to do it....
Do what I'm going to do when I upgrade computers, get a dell mini 10v and put snow leopard on it, then get a gaming laptop or desktop.
