To my experience, Daggerfall runs too slow to be playable. It's somewhere around .2-.25 fps, from my experience.

TES: Daggerfall may be able to run on DOS, but it runs painfully slowly. It just isn't very practical to play an action game at a frame rate of 1/4.
However, it seems to be unavailable in US stores as of now. We'll see how it goes.
