Beat arcade mode on default or higher settings.that includes time, difficulty, etc.
My iPhone 4 runs it silky smooth. I don't know what's going on with that recording.

Hold the direction up and press coin to add coins to 2nd player. Hold right for 3rd. Hold down for 4th. Same for player start.
