Refresh for $10000 until you see it. I recommend saving for the indy car.

This is actually the best story out of all iOS games, i like. I actually spent 9 hours on the game and completed it. Played like 2 hours one day...
I own 12 out of 20 buildings and never got a notification. Maybe it works for some people and others it don't.
