IIRC, around 2-3 waves per area. then you get a life refill. there are 3 areas then the Boss who is also very annoying and equally difficult....
Ok i finally passed the Warmage Academy. Guess what comes next? Another arena based mission that's even harder than the academy lol. Looks like...
Also as a note, this game unlike DH1, 2, diablo, sacred, etc is not a loot fest. Loot only drops seldomly from my experience

Yep you can play as either male or female of any of the 4 classes
One of the IAP's are for unlocking more slots for passive skills. You hace 2 unlocked, buy the other 2
It has game center! Game is actually good, as for IAP, you pay gems to advance unlock skills not yet your level. Also timers for upgrading stuff
