I was joking, I use this case myself (see pic) but I've never rested my iPad on a surface other than myself so I don't have a problem with turning...
I mainly use the axe as my primary weapon for the beginning of the game and as my second weapon I use the normal shotgun, usually with the perks...
The only stand I've heard of for iPad is either my hand or my knees :D both of which are pretty easy to manage my inventory from :p
