Just a FYI for the ones that don't want to level up... I'm level 94 and just went 5 for 5 np. Also the power of 4 saved my a$$ in 2 battles....

It would be good say u are 1 on 1 and can kill the other in 3. Also very good as a scrap going against infiltrator because you get 8 attacks...
