Ok on Silver Hat, at 61%, there's lava on top and bottom, and I can't see anything to grapple onto, am I missing something?

I think there's 1 or 2 achievements for getting 'x' local scores [not 100% sure] and you unlock a couple hats after beating 'x' local scores as well.
