reinstall itunes son your computer then plug it in your computer and see what happens. If that doens;t work I would say call apple.

Ok, I'm uninstalling iTunes then reinstalling iTunes to see if that will work. If that doesn't work I'll reset it, if that doesn;t work I'll try...
iTunes won't recognize my iPod when I plug it into the computer. Help please!
