Yep seems like they fixed it!! Finally I can give this game 5/5 :D
So i started up the game and rode my bike all over Los Santos and rode all over Las Venturas with 4 stars and I didn't notice any frame rate drops...
Fingers crossed that it fixes the frame rate issues. Redownloading the game right now!
