You rarely get that on emulatoers. Can't think of any of the main android emulators which do that. Just gba4ios As for diskaid never had to use...

Yep 8.3 is the issue. I don't tend to update for a while as a fair few games have this problem (and worst of all ifunbox doesn't work with 8.3!)
What os are you on ? I'm on 8.2. Think 8.3 causes issues
