Saved games will remain intact when you use a backup across devices (with different UDIDs). I've had 2 devices before. Im on my third UDID now....

Not really. The article says that each app is reviewed by 2 reviewers. So the numbers should be more like one review every ~6 minutes. Hmmm.....
