You can FADC out of ex-spiral arrow. Wastes a ton of meter though :(
Cannon spike will end up on the other side of the character though so focus attacking it isn't useful. Focus attacking dive kicks is very useful...
All focus attacks work on Cammys. A few hooligans and ex-spiral arrows cure them of that though :) I think you have to be careful and selective...
