The warrior can actually tank well? I always thought the pally or knight was only for that.

Well we all don't want to race a slow boring car 15 times to unlock a funner type car. Thats how I look at it anyway.
The unlocking is the worse thing in the update, say u have to win 14 races in a earlier cup but hey guess what u need to do a bunch of upgrades...
