Adopting CT's character design, height, etc. would be copying. In any event, as Future777 has said already, the developers want this game to stand...

You have Minigore in the brain, Vinny. You don't get clovers in this game -- that's an icon representing luck, which is pretty standard in RPGs....

It should be noted that "Chop Chop Ninja is boring" is a (very small) minority opinion around here.
