marco76 - yes the email is to notify you if you win the contest. We absolutely do NOT sell our customers' email addresses. That text has now been added to the contest page. Just yesterday we did send an email to the contest winner and five runner-ups. And we did hear back from the first prize winner (very excited) who confirmed that they did in fact learn of the contest on touch arcade!
