1.The menus still lag but the controls have seen a great improvement! 2. I am still in love with Bubblegum Odyssey and I am constantly trying to upgrade my high score! 3.I tap to fire the big balls as well
Everyone should be getting notifications of the latest build soon, bringing with it the first taste of a new theme, etherVISION! Your feedback has been absolutely essential to transforming bubblegum ODYSSEY to its current state, and we look forward to doing the same with our latest theme! Additionally, the build size has officially been reduced to under 20mb, so this and future builds can be downloaded over 3G! Currently, we're looking to balance the objects individually. I like this new level!! All the blocks and balls that could go through each other made it easier and you made more fall so that it kept it challenging but possible as well as very fun. The giant moon was very cool and as long as you keep your ammo you should have no problem beating it (at least i didn't). There were a few to many of those pink balls. Those mini moon balls are cool but they are a little to fast make them just a little slower. Also since balls can go inside of each other it can get VERY laggy sometimes when there is blocks/balls all over. But overall it is a very good level Edit: sometimes my small balls go straight through the small pink/purple balls without knocking them back. Also sometimes there is WAY to many of those clear blocks. Also one other question: since there is different blocks/balls on this level i assume there are new block/balls on every level. So the question is: is there a magnet ball on any other level? It would activate on shot and pull all nearby balls/blocks to it and they would "stick" to it (sort of like the sticky balls (rofl) but it pulls balls to it instead of just sticking to other sticky balls). It could be challenging if it is activated above you, but it could also be helpful if it is activated and pulls things away from the top of you.
I haven't been able to play the new level just yet because now I'm experiencing a TON of lag with the level select menu now. I will try a hard restart of my device to see if I can kind of clear everything.
I am LOVING the new mode! The art style is killer sweet!!! I was also able to beat the moon. It turned out to be easier than I though. And yes, I was overwhelmed by the sticky balls.
Yea, I really like the new theme. Having trouble with the moon though, any help crex? not lagging for me so far. Actualy, it was fine for a while, but now it's really bad. IDK what the sticky balls are? but I don't really like the clear blocks. IDK why, they just feel a bit off. But still, I find the new mode awesome!
Try hitting the moon from the side with some big balls. Don't hit it in the middle cause it'll just come back down.
the moon was real easy. got past it on my first attempt. all you need to do is hit the side of it. I do agree that there are a little too many of those clear blocks that it becomes pretty chaotic and difficult.
I've been trying it out on the iPad 2. etherVISION is great, but much more challenging since the balls bounce back on the edges of the screen. I had trouble with the moon first, but after trying a few times, I managed to push it away. The purple balls are difficult when they're sticking to each other. I had some trouble with the quantity of the transparent boxes as well. I noticed no lag when playing but when I pressed Escape from etherVISION, the menu was lagging to the point of crashing. Just once though.
well, I've only played the new stage 3 times so far and most of the time it ends because of the clear boxes for me. yeah, whenever I press escape from a stage the menu goes bonkers n starts lagging and I have to exit the game and relaunch it.
It has happened to me 3 times. It always happens when pressing escape and going from the game to the level select screen. Edit: another failed delivery when i tried to send a bug report.... Only happens when i email you guys... Weird.
The big ball was pretty easy, but the smaller balls that came after him Were my point of death. ...that was a weird sentence...
