A Runescape-like game coming to the iPhone/iPod Touch

This game looks tedious. Moving around by tapping? I don't think so. Plus, if this was to be an MMORPG, then we would be tapping at other characters, so how would we be able to move? Especially if the whole map was filled with characters.

 

what was the point in naming what kind of ipod touch you had?

 

i can tell this game is gonna bomb. just like iFPS

I agree that the tapping control scheme for movement is awful in most cases, but why are all of your posts in red and underlined now?

 

Yes, I have. I'm not talking about the in-game characters, I'm talking about the other players from around the world. If this game was made online, every gap in the screen would be filled with players.

besides, im sure if the dev does think its a problem, he can introduce zoomin in/out by pinching and then also looking around the world by dragging.. problem solved, not hard at all

 

i has been over a year half now. when will it come out? for now, i will check out any private servers i can. so far i found http://www.rscrevolution.org and http://www.rsclegacy.com

Cool, the app-store could use a few more MMORPG's. I played Runescape about 3-4 years or so ago. It was fun at first, but then I got bored of it fast. Hope this game is great.
