Hey all! Hope you're well Just a quick catch-up note! I'm working hard on my next game which you *may* have seen pics of on my Twitter feed! I need to do a few more days work on it before I make an official post here! But it's on the way! Yay! In AIR SUPPLY related news (because this *is* the Air Supply - SOS thread after all!) my little game has been nominated for another award, this time from PocketGamer: http://www.pocketgamer.co.uk/pgawards2015.asp It's in the 'Best Action/Arcade game' category - and I'm just blown away mainly because of the other titles I'm nominated with. WoW, that's a really tough competition over there, indeed, but since your the only Dev i "know personally", i voted for your brilliant game. Btw, i invested more time in SOS than i any other of that list, and yours ended up in my last year's top 10...so it was easy. Congrats !
Man, you've got good taste. Can't remember if it was you or another poster who bought a Sony (I think?) handheld soley to play Jeff Minter's Tempest reconstruction. I really wish that game could be released on iOS. Also, i'm at Hole 8700 in DG and not stopping until 10000, the game stops generating unique holes, or I go mad. On topic, quantumsheep rules. I'd love to see a QS version of a vertical shmup. Sort of like Docking Sequence but with space guns and explosions and stuff. Can't wait to see what's next from QS...

I've been wanting to make a vertical shmup for the last four years at least! I already have the soundtrack figured out and it is just awesome In fact I have a couple of shmups I'd like to make. It really is just finding the time to get it all done :O I'm in touch with a wonderful artist about the first one, so once both our schedules are a little clearer we'll see where we go from there. If anything comes of that it'll be later in the year at the earliest I think! But there'll be other games between now and then, don't worry!
