That looked pretty good. I thought the color palette was good in that area, cold greys and blues. Are there any other details on this game?
@BackupHero Thanks for your reply. Any other details... well: It'll be a fps survival horror as you've seen in the video. We are still brainstorming about the story. Currently we like the one monster solution as the last Alien Isolation. About the main character we're thinking on a no hyper military trained one but an average person that can handle an handgun and a knife but got no high level combat skills. If you want feel free to drop us your suggestions here in this thread and we will take care of those. A couple of shots, maybe three...
Of the tips, replace the original buttons mobile-UFPS, make of Asset Manufactura K4 more levels. Make button flashlight. And good luck with your development.
Yes you're right! Let me just add that they were legally purchased on asset store! About mobile UFPS we are thinking to change with one we are developing inside (at this stage mobile UFPS is very buggy)... this work is a prototype. If you watch the video at 1.27 you can see a whole new room made by us with some our 3d models with Manufactura K4 texture wrapped on' em.
I apologize if you think I'm accusing you of what you have stolen pack UFPS, I do not in any way think about it. I just wanted to say that native buttons do not look very much, I want to wish you a successful development project.
Super. This sounds pretty awesome already. As for suggestions, maybe incorporate puzzle. And maybe some smaller cannon-fodder enemies to shoot at while still keeping one major monster who stalks you or something.
Change the footstep sound. It sounds like you are stomping around while wearing some oversized brogans. Besides you should be trying to move silently, not alert the entire ship where you are.
Cannon fodder, maybe. Are you thinkin' about organic ones (little monsters.... something like that) or mini-robots alike?
Yes this is what we want! Footsteps sound intensity will be set on main character velocity. Please consider that it is a prototype.
We're thinking on search for stuffs spread in different rooms that must be assembled in order to build a machinery (or somethin' like that) to definitely kill the main monster! Handgun and other standard weapons will only be capable to stop and relocate the monster in another part of the level away from you. During the assembly part we could insert some kind of puzzles just to raise the build process difficulty.
Either one would work. For example, mini-robots that are like malfunctioning security bots that now target humans or something.
