Isn't it obvious? Music games like Rock Band and Guitar Hero make the music labels extra money by getting users to buy tracks - how will they make money if you already own the song and use that copy instead?
Zune HD has it. The zune HD has Audiosurf tilt and its unbelievable smooth and brilliant. this game is by itself worth the price of admission into the zune platform.... if you get a chance to see it its wonderful.
The devs behind Audiosurf really need to port it to Mac and to the iPhone. I know that I, along with many others, would love to buy it.
How is that a copy? I suppose the oled screen was apples idea... Oh and the Tegra processor too, or the fm radio tuner.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the developer of audiosurf was joking when he said he was bringing an iPhone port out. 2 things, firstly, it's based on a graphics engine that only works on windows, and he's not going to make a new engine just to release it on iPhone, he has said such on the audiosurf forum. Secondly, it comes with the new Zune HD, I think he made a deal with microsoft. Sorry, I too would love to see this game on iPhone, but it's not likely to happen at all.
Stop talking sh** you don't know. When 3.0 came out it was supposed to allow access to the user's music library, and he said he would look at it. But Apple dosen't allow the kind of access Audiosurf needs. Firstly, engine my butt. it can be ported using a new engine. But he can't have the app reading the user's library, so Audiosurf isn't possible ATM. Secondly, it does not come with the new Zune HD. You have to download it. STFU, really. It's Apple's fault it's not on iPhone. The dev has said he wants to port it, but without music, Audiosurf can't work.
tell me to stfu all you like dude, no need to take your anger out on me. i said what i said because i emailed the developer in june about the iPhone changes, and he told me he wasn't going to make a port. get over yourself, and maybe listen to others? also, to address your comments: yes it "could" be ported using a different engine, but he has already stated that he doesn't want to, so i'll make this bit clear for you. IT'S. A. NO. no reason to be mad at me, it wasn't my decision. go read the audiosurf forums yourself, people have been begging for this to come out on every console since it's release, and it's just not happening. also, grow up kiddie, no need for the language you've been using, if you want people to be civil with you, then be civil yourself.
