I thought I would like some, but I just don't like the way RTS plays on the Ipad, and even worse on the Iphone. Perhaps it's the PC gamer in me that needs a mouse. Having said, that I'm easily swayed by 99 cent sales. I hope it's better than I think it will be. In any case, buy both. For a buck each it's a win-win. Riotgirl Well-Known Member Apr 5, 2012 240 0 0 UK #17 Riotgirl, Aug 22, 2013 I'm with you, Misguided. The last RTS I played was C&C back in the mid 90s at university. However, I was persuaded to buy Autumn Dynasty pretty much at launch due to: Excellent production values Superb touch-screen controls Chinese theme I have only really played the first mission - too many games in my back-catalogue to finish - but nothing I have seen dissuades me from my original (if limited) observation. If in doubt, peruse the Autumn Dynasty thread. I've immensely enjoyed the little I have played so far. chris1a Well-Known Member Mar 10, 2010 1,335 1 0 Sweden #18 chris1a, Aug 22, 2013 Last edited: Aug 22, 2013 Is this your "typical" RTS with a lot of micromanagement, building things, doing research and so on, or is it more geared towards the actual combat (more casual if you will)?
