Looks like it's only in a soft launch in the Philippines. It's not available in the U.S. store, at least.
Yeah, I got it on the Canadian store. It looks like it's been soft launched for about a year, but it's still getting regular updates. I'm actually fairly hooked on it, so I'm hoping they are gearing up for a world-wide release soon and that it at least does well enough to warrant some more content. Right now they have Bane listed as "coming soon".
