Yup, its universal, we'll be submitting by the end of the month, so the closest ETA I can give is prolly early Feb. Not sure what approval times are like at the moment.
I appreciate the fast response and thank you, I'm very much looking forward to this when the time comes.
So, MikaMobile, do you have some good news on how the game developpement is going for us? I'm very impatient to see this game out, and I hope you still plan to release it by the end of the month I wish you all the best for the rest of the developpement, and I hope for everyone here (you included) that no problem will occur until the end of the project!
Submission for Battleheart grows closer every day. Wrapping up another boss today! 2:04 PM Jan 13th via web
I'm a huge fan of MikaMobile and I'm pumped for this game! It looks insane!! Best of luck with the launch!
judging from the youtube vid, looks like a mix of Castle Crashers and Dragon Age. looking good so far.
Thanks for your patience folks, we're still churning out new stuff super fast, and closing in on the finish line. Since the turn of the year we've built around 18 levels, a couple new basic enemies, a pair of bosses, created the survival arenas, discovered and squashed a handful of bugs, made a lot of sweeping balance/difficulty changes and logged a couple dozen hours of testing time. The game has grown enormously in the last two weeks, and will continue to up until the final hours before submission.
maybe you should wait on a lot of these huge content updates... I'm sure you'll release plenty of updates but only a few with a little bit will be a turn off. save a couple of the huge things and add them later this adds anticapation and then you can release them exactly when you want. Its kind of like call of duty map packs there planned and anticipated if people know exactly when there coming out your set in stone for a good year of pay.
Don't worry, we're not insisting on putting every single idea we have into the initial release. There will be plenty of room to expand the game down the road. I just want to make sure it feels pretty "complete" right out of the gate. Plus, we're still discovering the occasional bug every so often. I'm very happy to report that the last couple of weeks have also yielded some optimizations that make the game run fantastically on older devices. It positively screams on a 2nd gen ipod now.
I'm so siked for this release!! Just one question though. Do you guys plan on adding retina to Zombieville USA? It would be even more amazing with it.
Honestly I just want to overhaul Zombieville, rebuild it from the ground up based on all the stuff I've learned in the last 2 years. It's something I'd like to do after Battleheart is in the can.
