I'd like to compile a list to buy from of the best 'beatable' games that offer TONS of content. Personally, I dont find games with infinite levels very motivating to play.

Great games like this that ive found:

    Peggle
    Stoneloops
    Puzzle Quest
Zenonia (althought not a ton of fun for IMHO)

Sadly, Stoneloops isn't anymore. Got pulled because of Luxor.

Spider is way too short, so I wouldn't classify it as having 'tons of content'.

Gomi is a 12 hour long platformer, which I think is some kind of record for the iDevice :) </shill>

Pathpix + Pro - 169 and 300 levels, great puzzle game.
Any of those puzzle games that have 65536 levels (Blue Block, Naboko Sokoban, etc.)
Space Ninja - ~150 levels, maybe 8 hours or so, and the best iPhone soundtrack EVER.
Defender Chronicles - only a few hours long, but I've heard the endgame takes around 100 hours to complete (!).
Tyrian - 4 or 5 hours, and there's about 10 Super Arcade ships which are all worth replaying the game again for.
Any oldschool Roguelike - Because it can take years to finish one if you're new to the genre.
The Quest - Huge WRPG with 4 expansion packs and more to come.
Eliss - Only 25 levels, but will take forever to finish due to insane (but fun) difficulty.
