Why miss out Bug Heroes when virtually everybody has mentioned it, more than a few games on that list?
Bug Heroes is better but then again it's a completely different game. Like comparing Advance Wars to Black Ops - even though one is in a complete different league to another, they're different games - both having guns does not tie them in the same genre.

I agree. Not all of us think tht MC:BP is the best shooter game on the iOS but there r arguements tht it is the best FPS on iOS. Some ppl might not like the FPS genre but like dualstick shooters. Therefore, to figure out which shooter is the best, I have made this thread and later I will make a poll.
Doodle Army 1+2 should be on the list. You can't disqualify Solomon's Keep because it doesn't have guns. You shoot spells and lots of them. It plays like an DSS out there just with wizards and RPG elements. All you said was any shooter game. Bug Heroes is a shooter but you don't always use guns.
Sry but DA 1 and 2 don't have enough votes yet to be on the poll and same with Solomons keep. If they get enough votes I will add them tho.
It is tough to compare so many different types of shooters. I would never compare a dual stick with an fps or a space shooter. I would only compare tps to fps in this poll. On that end, MC2 is the best shooter (maybe Nova 2 depending on your taste) while Dead Space is the best overall experience imo. Bug heroes is the best dual stick and more. This is a bit to far reaching of a poll.
Thx for ur opinion. But I made this poll for which shooter ppl preferred, it doesn't rly matter wat type of shooter genre it is, if this is a poll of which shooter game is ur fav.
Not saying its a bad idea, just that the result should be taken with a grain of salt. It is often especially tough to compare genres when it comes to games. The opinions are to varied.

I know ur not trying to say it's a bad idea. And I realize opinions r different on these genres. I just was thinking if we had different shooter games from differed shooting genres, then we could SORTA decide which shooting genre ppl like better.
Keep it as one poll - after all, the enjoyment you get from a game is universal, regardless of genre. Just remember at the end that the result is not conclusive.
I thought you said only games that actually had a literal gun in it, but since most people haven't really followed that, I'll add five more: -Dodonpachi Rising -Mushimesama Bug Panic -MC2: BP -Espgaluda II -Doodle Army 2 Looks like this poll covers FPS/TPS, DSS, and shmups. It should be interesting, but Dead Space will probably win.
