Here a fav of mine (search word game) that holds a lot of content. Worth the price too. http://appshopper.com/games/word-quest-plus
Words With Friends is definitely a favorite of mine And while it's not exactly a word game, Quizarium is also pretty great.
WordsWorth v2.2 is now out on the App Store and supports Multiplayer option (Bluetooth, WiFi and Turn-by-turn over Internet like Words with Friends). The new 'Tumble' mode in this game adds a nice variety to the game play experience. Do give it a try BTW, I am a dev from 99Games (makers of WordsWorth)
I need to comment. One of my fav go-to word games and been playing WordsWorth since it first came out. Its really a great game and need to be noted and recommend it to all word gamers.
Wow! Thanks for the compliment, ian1969UK. I just wish Moxie 2 was as popular as WWF! Share and enjoy,
Rather than open a new thread, I thought I would ask my question here. There is a game on Android like Wordsworth or Bookworm that has a letter grid (3x3, 4x4, etc) where you drag a line between letters to create words. However the letters don't disappear after they are used. Reminds of a combination of Wordsworth and Word Warp. Anyway, the game is called Wordzup and Iwas hoping to find something like it for iPad. Here is a link to the game: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.ant.wordfind.client Thanks
It's either I have small selection of words games in my iPod or I have weird taste, but I like Word Warrior. Maybe the RPG element is the reason. And Hangman RSS
I picked up WordsWorth for the iPad after reading through this thread, and I think that game is really awesome. It's like Tetris with words and honeycomb. I'm not even a super huge fan of word games, but WordsWorth is seriously fun!
I think Wordfeud is actually better than Words with Friends, although it is quite unstable and prone to crashing. If the developers fix it, it will easily surpass WWF as the best word game (for me, at least).
I am loving Boggle right now. I also just found out about Textropolis, yes I know, I am extremely late.
oh, WordsWorth reminds me of William WordsWorth, the poet you know...WordsWorth is such a smart name for word game.
i have played the word game u mention i love to play it whenever i get time these days go for a Moxie 2 is like escape in to the one love to play all the time.
