I've been exploring word games on my iPad for the past few weeks, and they've quickly become some of my favorite apps. Here's my list of the best words games for the iPad: - War of Words - Abble Dabble - WordsWorth - Word Solitaire - Scrabble - Word Avalanche - Jumbline 2 - Scraggle - Wordflick - Switchword - Super Cosmic Word Snake - Word Spiral - Hangman RSS - Table Twister - Boggle - Words with Friends - Worcle Out of all of these games, War of Words is my favorite. Anyone who likes Words with Friends should give it a try. See ya on the battlefield!

Here's 5 more really good word games for the iPhone: 1. Wooords - one of my top 3 favorite word games (universal). 2. War of Words - the best word game ever made, hands down! (universal) 3. Back & Forth - an excellent new word finder similar to (but different from) Boggle, very polished. (universal) 4. Word Colors - a new async multiplayer game similar to Scrabble but with a color matching twist. I can't stop playing this one, it's extremely FUN! 5. Hanging With Friends - async hangman game from the creators of Words With Friends.
Agreed, Word Colors is my new favorite word game! Seriously can't stop playing it, so much fun, and so much better than WWF. The color matching twist adds a ton of strategy to this game. In fact, I believe Word Colors is one of the best 3 words games available for the iPhone (the other 2 being War of Words and Wooords). Gotta get back to Word Colors now....
