Just as the title says. I've been playing nothing but Bioshock and Arhkam Asylum these last couple months, and I'm in the mood for some good multiplayer (or just good cheap games in general) from the XBLA. Any suggestions?

Also, just now found that little grey ethernet cable. So happy.

    Battlefield 1943.

Trials HD is the best game on XBLA period, but there's no multiplayer. There is a level editor but thanks to MS being paranoid you can only download levels from people on your friends list.

Shadow Complex is the other must-have. Amazing game, not the cheapest though.

It has four player offline co-op.

  13. yea Battlefield 1943 is pretty decent and one of the few XBLA games I've bought. Can't split screen or anything but has multiplayer online. Shadow Complex is usually like $15 but think it's $10 this week. Trials played demo but too expensive for what it is will wait for price drop.

    Doing nothing of importance.
    Somewhere
I Made a Game with Zombies In It and The Dishwasher are two of my favorite XBLA games. In fact, they're the only two I've really played. Besides, the first one's only a buck, and it's one of the most fun dual stick shooters I've ever played. You gotta get it.

And if you just need a good 360 game to play, go get Dead Rising. I just pulled that one out again and I forgot how fun that game really is... It should be relatively cheap now since it's pretty old.

Alright, got Shadow Complex. Couldn't download it for a while, though, since my internet went down on the 23rd, and yeah... no one's gonna come help two days before Christmas.

So, Battlefield 1943. It's been recommended once, I know. Will it stave off my craving for MW2 until my (sadly rented) copy arrives?

OK, BF1943 is actually better than COD in some ways. Flying planes, anti-aircraft, nuking a part of the island :)D).

Another good XBLAFPS: CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars.

Everyone loved it the first 2 weeks, but then forgot about it.

Received a 9.6 average from most reviewers, so get that too.

Catsle Crashers is fun..... for about an hour. Don't get it, get one of the above instead.

ZP2K9 is the best indie game there is. I MAED A GAEM WITH ZOMBES INIT!!!!1! is fun but there's no online play. ZP2K9 = sidescroller + shooter + RPG elements for a buck. If Shadow Complex was 2-D and online. Can't go wrong with that.

1v100 is free and is really fun, and even more fun with friends.

'Splosion Man has a fun multi-player campaign, but the humor (spread throughout the game) might be a no-buy for some people.

Lost Planet: Colonies Special Edition in Games on Demand is $20, but worth it.

I can't think of anymore right now..... I'll add more in a bit after I go look at
    xbox.com
