This is the best game of its type in the app store. After playing for a few hours I am addicted. The controls are great and the levels are awesome. TL;DR Buy It Now.
Didn't really look too much into this game, but I went ahead and picked it up for a buck while everyone was praising it so much. I mean, come on - it's a dollar.
This topic is sparkling with enthusiasm, and it worked on me enough so that I went and bought it. Nice price, good file size. A simple premise executed with flair. Far from my favorite type of game, but I would be lying if I said it wasn't endearing. Hope the level creator brings some creative work from other players.
Noooooooooooooo..... I was all set to buy the game and then I read this. I've got a ton of these types of games, and I can only play them with ACTUAL physical tilting. The on-screen buttons just don't work for me when they're so close together. I'd much prefer the whole left side of the screen to be the brake, and the whole right side of the screen to be the gas, and then have literal tilting for leaning. Please say you'll add this option in an update? Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease?
I just bought this game and I'm enjoying it. But I feel like it could be a little smoother. I have a iPhone 4 running iOS 5, and it lags sometimes, I think it might happen more when I get texts/ notifications. Also I feel like the bike physics could be better. Hopefully in a update they fix this stuff. Also I haven't played much so I was wondering, can you unlock different bikes and characters? Also remove the little animal sitting on the back of your bike? Over all it's worth a buck, but could be a lot better with some tweaks.
Good God, no offense, but sheesh...you're complaining that it lags when you get notifications? Also, why in the world would you remove "the little animal sitting on the back of your bike"? Hell, that cat is even in the loading splash screen!

Lol i don't have to many O's. On the Xbox and ps3 it's OoOoOomonkey it's supposed to be Oo Oo Oo like what sound a monkey makes. And about the other post. I'm using an iPod 4g and don't get any lag? Runs smooth and fine. Remove the cat!?!?!? Why on earth would you remove the cat. You wish to deprive an old man of his favourite thing. It would be like mr bean without his teddy or horrid Henry without mr kill or george pig without his dinosaur. Lol you can see where I'm going with this. The cat stays.
The amount of content you're getting for the dollar you paid is incredible. There's so many levels...but the level editor/sharing is more than impressive. The physics work well. The visuals are stellar. This is the defining Trials game for the iOS. Xtreme Wheels might have been more of a competitor had it not been so ridden with problems. This game is accessible and tons of fun.
Cool game. Runs smooth on iPad 2. Nothing new (there are severals of such games) but really well done. Would prefer tilt controls (for tilting bike) as an OPTION anyway, should be more intuitive than those virtual knobs.
I bought the game anyway and am gonna try it out. Ummm, first thing I notice is that it's "upside-down" with my iPhone's home button being on the "wrong" side. Can we please an option to flip the screen?
