I mean, I know Bungie needed to find a publisher for their games and that they wanted to go multiplatform I just didn't think that publisher would end up being Activision. Especially with their current situation with Infinity Ward.
What a terrible decision on Bungie's part. I guess something like this would take quite a while to finalize, but still... I feel bad for Bungie
Sounds about right to me. Activision know exactly how to promote this type of game. They're exceptional when it comes to things like advertising, launch parties, competitions, collector's editions... anything that builds up the hype necessary for a successful game launch. They're well-known in gaming circles for putting out good FPS games so they'd be exactly what Bungie were looking for.
