They had a really fun time with it - especially the Eat! part where you get to much holes in your creation... (And it seems that Chocolate Owl always manages to sneak into the picture.) It is very nice that everything is pictured, since my daughter does not read yet! It's fun that you can eat part of the creation, then go back to building. I'd give the app five stars except for the following bits about the user interface that made things difficult for my daughter: 1) It's not clear when you select an item at the bottom of the screen - it would be nice to have some sort of highlight to tell what is selected. Same goes for all text buttons, they should highlight somehow when you click so you immediately know that you did click them. 2) Scrolling left/right with the arrows is not so easy - if you can incorporate a swipe motion that would be great. At the very least make tapping an arrow move one section over (instead of having to hold it to scroll) 3) Too many times she hit the New or Menu buttons and lost her creation. Not a big deal for such a simple app, but consider adding a confirmation before wiping things. It would be super cool if you could drag the item being placed around until you let go, in case that last scoop was crooked. I know you can take your own screenshots, but a "Save Picture" button that would snapshot your creation without the buttons on the screen would be welcome - perhaps even an email/facebook/twitter option. If you 'scalloped' the edges of the eat circle, it would look more like bites being taken. "

What I really like is that there will be frequent updates for free, so it's a game I can come back to and try something new every week or so. EDIT: Nice update! The possibilities a practically infinite! Although I would add a clear plastic bowl in the next update. I'd add as many flavors of ice cream as possible though, too. But I overall recommend the app! By jwcasser Cake: Yes. Piece of Cake: No This app has a lot of great qualities to it including a variety of flavors, toppings, and a cone/cake option. But there are definitely some improvements needed as far as scrolling through the items and placing the items. Either allow the items to be dragged from the list onto the creation, or have the currently selected item glow to show it has been selected (I'd prefer the dragging option). It would also be nice if the "bite" was in different patterns such as star, sun, letters etc.
Here's my review on iTunes (I also sent you an important PM): For those of us trying to cut calories, this game will definitely test your resolve! For those of us trying to have some good clean fun for the entire family, this will definitely add some entertainment. A brightly lit environment, crisp graphics and a goodly-sized "crunch" sound are just a few of the highlight of this virtual, culinary gem.
