      The Price Is relative to the project, but if its similar to my site, will be between 250 and 300 USD.

      Sorry, but other than the art (which is pretty nice) there's nothing on that website that can't be done for free using a template in 2 minutes. Unless you're also offering to do the art for the site, now that would be worthwhile.

      not all people know how to do it.
      also im using premium payed templates, and i can edit all the code to fit your needs.
