Yeah this game rocks and I don't know why it hasn't done better in the charts. I bought it previously and am happy to see it go free to attract some attention. Maybe it will lead to more updates!
Yep I completely agree with this. When something I bought is not doing well in the charts, I prefer option A is that it goes free and gets more attention, which in turn might give me more content. I am always slightly wary of option B where the dev might have to put adds and or many IAP's if it does not return up the charts well. I understand that sometimes devs have to do this, and I would never be resentful of it, but that always crosses my mind when a game I bought goes free.

A must for any pachinko and Peggle fans. foxmulderino Well-Known Member Dec 30, 2009 2,916 0 36 Student Italy #26 foxmulderino, Jun 22, 2011 If u haven't this one, get it!! It has an irritant tilt feature, but it isn't necessary for the gameplay (I have never used it)...so it's ok! mr_wexer Well-Known Member Mar 6, 2011 243 0 0 #27 mr_wexer, Jun 22, 2011 Does anyone else think this is a better casual title than Peggle? - I prefer the quick very unique levels. Peggle is a little too luck based, you fire a shot and wait 1 minute for the next interaction... Coin drop lets you bump and fire anytime. Way more fun imo. - Peggle is jam full of levels but I find it much more frustrating on iPhone compared to the PC version.. Congrats Fullfat hope you get lots of downloads and keep the great level packs coming. foxmulderino Well-Known Member Dec 30, 2009 2,916 0 36 Student Italy #28 foxmulderino, Jun 22, 2011 me! Peggle is great, but more boring that Coin Drop IMO awp69 Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2009 8,249 0 36 Greenville, SC #29 awp69, Jun 22, 2011 Last edited: Jun 22, 2011 I agree that it is more fun than Peggle, but I would have to disagree with the "little too luck based" comment on Peggle. While there is some strategy involved in dropping the coins, this to me is way more luck based than Peggle. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. One of the reasons is that in many Peggle levels it fairly easy to get all the pegs by aiming properly (at least until the later levels). Coin Drop is still one of the best casual games on my iPod. arnoldc Well-Known Member Aug 14, 2009 275 0 0 #30 arnoldc, Jun 23, 2011 This is a nice casual game but unless you are well established, it takes more than a fun game to climb up the rank ladder. One reason I think this game is not doing as good as it should has to do with the title. I, for one, think this is one of those coin pushing games when I first spotted the game. Not till I get a second look when it goes to Free. chess Well-Known Member Jun 17, 2011 436 0 0 #31 chess, Jun 24, 2011 Phenomenal game. I'm not sure I agree that it's more fun than Peggle, but it's a very cool little game. mr_wexer Well-Known Member Mar 6, 2011 243 0 0 #32 mr_wexer, Jun 25, 2011 It's going to be interesting to see if it can still sell a few units now that its 1$ again. It was up in the top 10 of so many free charts and now it just instantly disappeared after price hike! banlieue Well-Known Member May 22, 2011 86 0 0 #33 banlieue, Jun 26, 2011 The game is really awesome and addicting to me, unfortunately just for about a dozen levels. I guess the problem is the game is too much luck based. You made the game varied and gradually progresses, but as it goes further, I find myself frustrated with my poor luck. It's really tough to find a solution just planless trying, lack of replay value IMHO Thanks tho for the freebie (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
