Hey, I've got a HP Laptop, and it's been acting up lately. For the past month or so, every time I try installing something onto my laptop, an error message comes up saying 'Unable to access /%APPDATA%\' or something along those lines. I tried installing the latest iTunes update but it wouldn't work. Even basic programs such as Java don't work. I thought that it may be my antivirus or Windows Vista being too protective, but I tried turning both my antivirus and Windows Defender off to install programs, but the same error message comes up. Anyone wanna help me? Thanks.
