Will this be out in NZ today? If yes, let's say I download the NZ version. Is it possible to take my NZ savegame into the EU version when it gets released worldwide? I just cant wait one more day... >.>
OMG dead effect 2 require internet connection.... I hope dead effect 2 can offline play....i want a premium game with no In-App Purchases....
i don't like freemium ...and require internet connection...dead effect 2 " only" online to play..i disappointed it
It doesnt look like a freemium game which tries to rip off your money in first place so I still have high expectations even if I dont like freemium usually. For the online only part...well, just have a look on the well known underground forums the day this game gets released and you'll realise why they did it this way. Usually doesnt take too long until someone request a hack. Not sure how they will handle client side values like hp, ammo, etc. though.
Internet Connection is HIGHLY disappointing, but let's be real here. You'll still download and play it. Freemium won't scare you away please, EVERY person has freemium games on there phone and that didn't stop you.
this is the second game I was checking at this time (first, the incorrubtibles)... don't care if it is freemium...but an internet connection requirement is the real deal breaker... sigh.... update saw touchgameplay's video, someone ask him if it requires internet connection, and the response is "no", only requires a connection if you want to save it to the cloud.
If the balance is the same as in the first Dead Effect, then it actually leans more towards favoring the users rather than the devs.
Sanuku already has a gameplay video? *looks for the video... EDIT: found the video, but im not watching anything yet. LOL. Was Sanuku playing on Android or is it through an iOS promo? Coz im jealous he's already playing it.
I don't mind all that much as long as it can be played without being connected, if it constantly has to reconnect during gameplay due to a bad connection that would blow, but it sounds like a connection is only necessary when saving after each level
