I do.. But it's hard at times. Here is the breakdown:

Hybrid Eternal Whisper - some say it's rpg, some say no. Either way, it's the first game I got with an rpg like story, and itsone of my favorites. I still haven't beat it, I just get on a random kick every now and then and play a few rounds. The story is good, and unique enough that I can keep it in memory.

Zenonia - the second rpg I got, in hopes it was as good or better than hybrid. However, I just can't get into it. I play a little every now and them but usually don't even save. I just don't like it. I keep it there in case I ever make myself beat it.

Vay - my only turn based rpg (turn based is my favorite). However, I don't really like the story and the graphic style doesn't leave me enjoying the griding to level up as needed. From what I have heard vay is one of the hardest RPGs around, so maybe that's why I don't play it much.

Raven Sword - I love this game. Played for a while, loved the story, loved the graphics, one of the best games I have. I got stuck, and have yet decided to unstick myself. I think I need to go kill a lot of rats to get some $$$. :p

Seed - I just recently got it. I had given up on RPGs and been playing fps, as I think the fps genere has more to offer me on the iPhone than rpg. I got this because it was free and looked good. After 5 to 10 minutes I gave up. Didn't like the art, and story didn't grab me soon enough. I still have it on my phone... Maybe later.

Dungeon Hunter - just got it this weekend. Love it. Story is good, I like controls and graphics. This is my main rpg right now.... I just have to start over because my son deleted it and once reinstalled my saves were gone.

Inotia 2 - also got this weekend. I played it for a bit, and it looks fun. Pleasing game play mechanics, story seems slow but not boring. Unless dungeon hunter keeps me 100% occupied, I will be playing this regularly too.

So I have a lot. But I can only play more than 1 at a time if thier stories Are unique enough. But no rpg for the iPhone has completely blown me away with an amazing story as of yet. I am hoping soon something will come along as great (IMO) as the golden sun games for GBA. Those, in my book, best RPGs of all time.

Haha that sounds familiar. I've made myself take a break from buying anything new until I beat some more of the ones i have already. I am usually a very impulsive appstore shopper but i've lately been somehow managing to tone it down a bit. I'm a huge sucker for the high-production value games and somehow have held off from Avatar and NFS: S.

On my iPhone I dabble around between a few RPG's usually but tend to stick with one mainly to try and beat it. So far I've only beaten Dungeon Hunter and Ravensword but I want to finish Inotia 2 and then SEED

I play a few games at a time until I exhaust them completely..I don't have many RPGs. Some of my games just have a lot of levels, sometimes I finish them, if I don't then it's probably a hard puzzle than I never bother solving.

I can never "get into" RPG's, so I never really play them. However when I play one of the few I can get into, I love them. Which iRPG is the most engrossing?

Most of the time I play one RPG at the time (currently Inotia 2) but sometimes I feel like firing up another one just for change. For that purpose I have Seed, Song Summoner, Vay and Elven Chronicles.

    EDIT:
I prefer turn-based ones as well, but Vay hard? I don't think it's that hard, especially when compared to some other similar games for other platforms.
Anyways, more turn-based RPG's for iPhone!
