Yeah I would say a camera is pretty certain.
They put one in the nano, so they are likely to put one in the touch.

 

Apple's plan of attack for this stuff is to add just enough to be worth upgrading rather than creating the best product possible. So I would say camera + a little extra is in it for the touch.
