I remember the game, but not the name... I think it had procedurally generated galaxies, you flew from planet to planet and the dev described it as art instead of a game. I think I have it in my purchase list, but according to App Shopper I have more than 1600 bought apps, so it's going to be difficult to find it there. It had a weird name, like a German name or similar. I thought it was Spelunker, but it wasn't... I'll keep thinking though.
Found it! Kometen I kept thinking Kapsela, guess I wasn't too far off. Can't check my iTunes library from work, so I browsed through My Games on AppShopper in A-Z mode until I saw it... Phew!
