Great pro-tip, I figured that out a few days ago. Visit a random friend and view their park, and you'll reset your 3 gem gift limit. So send 3 gems, visit a friend's park, and send another 3!

Looking for gems! I send gems to each friend every day. Haven't been getting much in return. So friends pony up! You can send more than 3 gems a day by visiting the parks of your friends and collecting your party hats. Check your "Gifts to give today" after exiting each park and you will be given additional gems to give. Hope to get more gems soon!
