Weird party hats

If you visit a friends park and it shows what look like party hats... Is that currency and if you press it is that stealing...? Confused, any answers would be appreciated.

Thx for adding me!!! I promise that I'll gift. Since I'm doing the gifting from top to bottom some people might get the gems later. Sorry! But I've only got 3 gems daily like everyone else. 

 

Since that money doesn't go to you, I think it goes to them. But the problem with that is whether or not it just adds to the generating income of a habitat, or directly into the players funds and whether or not all of it is given if the amount exceeds the habitats income limit (example, 3k going to a plant habitat that had a limit of 200 gold)

Those party hats are awesome. If you click on them they give you and the other person gold. For me I usually get about 2500 gold an there are usually about 3-4 party hats in each place. Like if you visit my place you'll find 3-4 party hats in total
