Hi I just want to add my experiences. I have 3 rainbow dragons. Two breathing and one incubating. First one was by breeding Firefly lvl10 and Swamp lvl10. I don't after how many tries. I was breeding randomly. The second one was made using a Seaweed lvl10 and Firefly lvl10. The last one was using two lvl10 rainbows. I guess I am lucky, but keep trying and you will get one or two.

I had that problem too. Then i tried poison at 9 level and plant at 4 level..well, i got a flower dragon
New mystery egg! So this thread grew exponentially since the game opened to the U.S. And it's getting time consuming to go through everything, and I'm really lazy, so i don't know if anyone highlighted this yet. But I'd like to direct you all to backflip's twitter feed: www.twitter.com/backflipstudios and look at the tweet/picture about the mystery egg. Looks like them sneaky folks at backflip have hidden dragons up in this mofo. This egg seems to be a fire/cold type egg. Like getting the rainbow isn't time consuming as it is, now we have to find this secret dragon too lol. Happy breeding! EDIT: Guess I should have gone back a couple pages at least lol, gg @ backflip posting it themselves (I'm looking at you Jables!) In any case it's an inadvertent bump for this mystery egg. Anyone have any luck breeding it?

Blue Fire dragon! Nailed it! I bred a mountain dragon + fire dragon and got the mystery blue Fire dragon! (both lvl 10)
Thank you for the info. I'll be following them today on twitter. I haven't even started the Rainbow dragon quest; I'm still breeding those basic ones. Anyway, I thought I'd share my Buddy System list. It ended up being more than 7. It's really hard to keep it that low, with so many people gifting me a few times this past week. Thank you everyone! Blue Fire dragon UPDATE I tried breeding the mountain+fire again, same dragons. The result was a mountain dragon. So heads up, it is NOT a 100% chance to breed a blue fire. And if I were to guess, I'd say that combo isn't the only one that may breed one. Before I got my blue fire I tried combinations of blazing+ various cold hybrids and just the cold dragon with no luck. And since I fail, I didn't note the incubation times, and I'm pretty forgetful... Will update if I get any more useful information
