I'm sure most of you know this but I am a new player (little over a week) and just found out by accident that you can zoom in and out on your island Thought I would post in case there are any other new players that did not know this. It really makes keeping track of things and decorating alot easier.
Everyone seems to have that one elusive pain-in-the-side dragon. Mine seems to be the moon. I got one by accident when trying for the LY. But for the life of me, I can't remember the combination used. I've gotten 7 suns using the Chrystal+Blue combo.....and rainbows galore with the Firefly+Snow combo. I'm tired of never seeing the moon with these. (who'd of thought gettin another rainbow could bring me down) So I am looking for a different combo recommendation for moon. What has been the best combo for you?
The sun/moon is all dependent on the time conceived. If u get a sun at one time, u can potentially get a moon conceived 12hrs later with the same combo
Not certain about that...I got my second sun during what should have been 'moon' time...but that was quite awhile ago, the dev's may have adjusted the 'randomness'
I got a moon this week with flower + storm in the epic love cave! Sorry forgot to post that ps it was in the evening...not sure what time though
So I ran off to try this combo. In the last five min (used gems to speed up) I got a rainbow, scorch, then a sun. LOL . I could have died laughing. Time here 11:20am. So I gues I'll wait till this evening....try again before the coffee shop closes for that moon. But I'm sure my last one was done during the day.....my only wifi connection is during open hours of the local coffee shop But I definitely want to thank you Hooked, for giving me a new combo to try
Dragon Level Does anyone have a strategy on what level your dragons should be at? I am a level 14 and from what I have read Shrines are something I do not have to worry about for a while. I currently have all my dragons at lvl 4 with the exception of Flower and Moss. (They are level 7 because I used them for Clover. thank you MaLiesas for the post, it worked great for me.) I understand that the higher level a dragon is the more money it makes. However, I also see that in some post people use low level dragons for Sun/Sandstorm/Moon breeding. Not sure what level I should have my dragons at. Also, should I wait to try and breed the rare dragons until I have a Epic Breeding Island?
Dragons go from level 10 to atlleast 15 I am at level 26 I know I get one more island so I am guessing dragons can go to 20. I need to me level 30 that's the highest you can go for now.
Sandstorm Finally!! Got the elusive 2nd Sandstorm to knock off that last goal. Tried the usual Air x Mud 10's, for what seemed like dozens of times and that's what eventually worked again. Also tried Air x Quake twice but got Crystals both times (ugh 24 hrs). Ahhh.. Now seeking Sunny and Panlong, until the Easter Bunny dragon arrives. Ps Can't believe how many Muds and Fogs I've acquired while trying for Sandstorm and Panlong!
I thought panny was only available during Chinese new year.. Unless you already have 2 to continue breeding? Maybe I'm wrong..imhope not cause pannys make it much easier to activist the shrines..they should be available to everyone it's kinda unfair if some people missed out
Panongs are still in the market so your should still be able to breed them. Has any got a gold shine yet without cheating that is! Taking me forever but I now have 21 level 15 panlong so I'm getting there. Another annoying thing I have level 15 plant, moss, flower, poison and tree but there not activated in my shines as my plant shine reads zero.
Wow! That's great! Quite the accomplishment. oh, and much more satisfying than taking the cheater's way.
When the Panlong first came, end of Jan 2012, it was presented as a newcomer because of the Chinese year of the dragon. The year of the dragon will end on Feb 9 2013, so I suppose we'll have the Panlong until then? Next time it will appear, should be in 2024.
WOW! I'm curious too. I haven't started the chase for the gold statues yet and I really wonder if it's worth it? I don't know if I want to hide all my dragons for so long?
Im just getting the gold because there is nothing left to do for me (got all the other Dragons etc). In a future update, the gold shrines may actually do something useful (rare dragons etc) then be a money sink.
