I got the emerald after having a brain fart and miscalculating the time too! Lol Used my really old crystal and lichen dragons. Took about ten tries and fails but it's there. I was about ready to breed two brand new ones. Good luck everyone!!
GREAT WORK Yashy......that's quiet an accomplishment, sure is a time consuming task and I just got my fire to gold a couple of days ago....still long way to go for most of the other shrines though....really dislike the colour....us girls KNOW the colour of gold....this ain't even close....guess I could call it ‘yellow' gold haha, but not 9,18 or 22 ct...more like plated and fake..... I'm still hoarding my gems (haven't a clue yet what for) but did use 11 to hurry up my two brain fart moments.... yes that's Foxys saying and I'm sticking to it haha @ You,Foxy and all still trying.....I am wishing real hard for an Emerald heading your way and I really hope BS tweak the app in the last few days or week to make it easier to get this one....may be a coincidence but I often read on wiki posts that people who have literally been trying for days/weeks with these limited dragons all of a sudden get one with only a few days left .....seems to happen on a regular basis and I tend to scour wiki when I am either getting close to limited dragon time ending or been trying for over a week to get a certain dragon....always searching for ‘the answer' no wonder I suffer from ‘brain fart' hehe, still laughing at that Foxy
Congrats to all you lucky Emerald breeders. My one old level 15 Crystal is not working for me, but I have a new one incubating. Maybe a fresh one will work better? U I'm afraid to use gems to hurry things up. Seems like we really need them now for breeding cave upgrades. I really don't want to spend anymore real money.
Hmm...maybe someone can answer that who has young ones, but if you son doesn't enjoy it ...I reckon you will In hindsight he may be a little young actually....there is an order in which to do things ( eg. Not to get ahead of quests cause one could run into a problem there)?
I hope you're right, Girlpower! I guess I won' start panicking for a few more days. Congrats to you & Yasha for achieving a gold shrine! It really takes dedication. Shame it looks like fake gold.
But it's a pretty colour Andy....and sometimes ugly and slow still wins the race...poor crystal ( I quiet like it, but as we all know beauty is in the eye of the beholder) two crystals at least give you double the chances...good and bad I know.....maybe slug' might suit your poor unloved crystal? A brand new one might work for you too? Either way....sending luck your way
Congrats to you! Most of my dragons have been bred in the normal cave incl. Emerald also. There's no way I would ever consider purchasing this dragon @1500 gems, someone did just that on wiki and BS must be laughing all the way to the bank. My hard earned cash has far greater real life priorities....not even doing the math to see what it would cost but I know it's more for us in Oz also. Ahh, maybe this is the reason I am hoarding my gems for that rainy day still? Could almost buy half an emerald with my own gems then LOL
Wow, Amsterdam....that's some serious 48 hr fails (well in the sense of Emerald) so pleased your daughter said to try one more time and you soooo deserve to have one after all you went through.....isn't it funny cause the same combo and levels in reverse got me my 48 hr timer At least you have some excellent coin earners now too Very,very happy for you.....that's perseverance in its finest form
Hope so Aly think it really helped me (well this is what one tells oneself, but we all know there's no certainty in this game, we just try all we can) Don't bungle the combos like I did....just realized I got an Emerald right after my bungle though.....okay I'm over thinking this now, oops Waiting for you in the wings and cheering loudly x
Well you're not alone.. my 15's still not doin it for me. I'm not a fan of Crystal's rugged bad looks, so shrunk him back to babyhood.. almost anything's cute as a baby. Except spiders.

Latest crystal/lichen fail is 12 hrs. Sigh. Oh forgot to say! That latest 16 became a Plasma, so yay for that.. first one. Lightning 15/ Swamp 12. Put them right back in and got a 30 min.. prolly a Cactus. At least it's a short wait...gettin low on gems. I've been bad. Now I'm caught up.. nn all!
Once someone on the wiki says they got it with so and so combo some people at the external wiki forum go to their test accounts to confirm.
Hey fellow DV addicts! I've been thinking. Or trying to think, with my farty brain. I have a bunch of lvl 15 Panlongs piled up in my hibernation cave. Once my shrines are leveled up and have turned ugly yellow, I don't have to keep the dragons do I? They have cost me a fortune in dedication, sweat, grief and gems, but do they have any value other than keeping the ones I want to lvl up to 20? Do we have any indications on more shrines or anything that might make me want to throw the iPad from the balcony once I have sold 25 lvl 15 Pans and I realize that my fortune is lost?!? When the shrines for the Pan elements are yellow I am plannIng on collecting Blooms to get three of the remaining, but hibernation cave is full. Now my rant is over. This time. *hehe* I think it is Emerald fever. Stick with 48 h and 24 h waits now. *grrrrr* Have a GREAT day! Sun is shining, 20 degrees Celsius and summer is near in Sweden. <3
It may be sunny in Sweden, but we are freezing our behinds here in Melbourne. I don't say Australia because there are parts of Australia where it's hot right now. Speaking of panlongs, I have only 10 left in hibernation cave. Had to sell others to make space. If BS ever allow us to get more habitats, I'll just fill them with pans. It's hard to get rid of them after making such an effort to breed and level them to 15. I even named them all myself. One thing I am really happy about is ability to display dragon eggs. There is so much we can do with it now.
