How to increase your max habitat thanks goes to my daughter for discovering this quite by accident...she went onto a friends game to see what experienced DVer's are breeding and she tapped on a party hat and BINGO ... increased Level Max and extra habitat. So I tried it too and it worked! My caves and hatchery are still backed up so no new successful combos to report. Edit: So I went back to start building a new habitat and it isn't available??? So here is what the message said... ' Congratulations Level 33 Max 1 Habitat' ... so I think it means once you get enough XP to reach level 33 you can get another habitat. Such a shame for all that wasted XP...
Just checked Wiki and according to them the new max level is 35 and you get a new habitat with each new level. Was hoping that the habitats would match the level and we would get a new one right away.
I tried going on someone's island and got the party hats, but I never got a message about that. I'm level 30 as well...
Yes, it is sad people post misleading info. That is why I get all my info from you guys!!! I think I will await for official word before breeding. Don't want to waste gems.

Only that ? Aside from those I got a full hibernation cave of level 15s.... Which is why I'm a little twitchy tonight... Half a million XP from food growth, not showing a diff... How can one tell the change has been made ? Got a couple million food to spend on my shrines. F
I just did Crystal/Iceberg and have 48hrs. I ended up with 2 Emeralds so I'm happy with that. I do, however, feel bad for ppl that didn't get one
@Foxtail: I saw someone on Facebook's Dragonvale page saying that she did the same thing and got a message. The only problem is that she was only level 27 when the message said she bursts up to level 33... So maybe it was a glitch? Or we misunderstood? On the other hand, Dragonvale Wiki got a breeding pair for the Pearl. It is confirmed to be Snow/Seaweed! Here we go!
It actually happened to me about an hour ago. I was visiting someone else's island, clicked on a party hat, and got a leveled up to level 32 message. I'm on level 30, but the person I was visiting is on level 32 so I think it's a glitch in the system.
We will have a full 30 days to get this Pearl, so good luck to you and everyone else! I'm glad I'm not the only one not getting the message, I thought my Dragonvale messed up or something! At least the glitch is harmless, even though a bit misleading.
Ok, I haven't been able to try this yet due to my caves being tied up with emerald fails but I had a thought. Aren't all pearls made from a grain of sand? So maybe sandstorm and a water/water hybrid? Like I said its just a thought but I figured I'd throw it out there! Good luck with pearl everyone
