Thank you everyone who sent me friend requests! I will try to send gems as often as possible! Has anyone had problems with the game crashing after the last update? Usually for me, it crashes 2 or 3 times on the loading page before I can access it. I already contacted support.
Dragonvale breeding sandbox says chrome and scorch. I use this app all the time and have found it very useful (and accurate) 3 hour fail at the moment though!
Jazbo is right. Dragonvale wiki has confirmed it! So far, 4 hour fails, but not worried yet since we have a month. Good luck everyone!
I think that chrome/scorch is the only combo. So far Gem dragons had only one combo they can be bred with. So far had 5 fails with chrome/scorch. All fireworks. Not speeding up fails anymore. Gona take a deep breath and just let it go. I'll start paniking in the second half of the month.
I can't believe it...I have a ruby dragon cooking already! It's taken me FOREVER to get the gem dragons, until now. Finally, a spot of good luck!
Chrome scotch about 7 fails fireworks all of them. Now I know why the others where easy the last two the gems are a pain in the rear.Good luck everyone. Congrats to all who have gotten one already.

I was thinking about panicking after half of the month is gone too! And I got a 16 hour timer in the upgraded breeding cave (I think it is a Copper?). Hopefully, that long fail won't happen too often. I forgot about this possibility.
Hello everyone. Quick derail here. Made 32 and cannot figure out which habitat to buy. May I ask what you guys purchased or will purchase? Have 4 rainbows, 3 sun/moons, not taking my dragons to gold, and love to breed. I really need some advice. I owe a hello to Jazbo and thank you for the friend invite. Your islands are terrific. To the Broke family ... May the angels hold you in their wings. Old family saying we send to those in need, mine is going to you. I have used chrome/scorch 8 times ... Once with brand new of each -- 5 fireworks and 3 sonic fails. Haven't had a 16 hr fail yet. Guess that may change after July 4, huh? Um, I agree the fireworks dragon is not my favorite for looks. And I am hoping for a Nightmare dragon; black and silver and red. Hope that everyone is feeling better and stays in good health. Hi everyone, I'm looking for a couple more gem friends - all but one of my regular trading partners has stopped playing, so I have 2 spare daily gems that could be going to someone who needs it, all I ask is that you can return the favour I've successfully bred 2 fireworks and three evergreens, and a last moment half hearted attempt at a second pearl was a success too, so I'm happy atm.
