could also make a moon, right? hahaha i don't have habitats for any of those... ill just wait for the egg before building a new habitat... my coins' struggling...
In order to get the moon dragon, you need the cold element present. I got mine with cold and storm a while back. Didn't buy the habitat until I was sure of what I was getting. Make sure you visit your friends parks to tap the party hats to get some free dragon cash
I am getting seriously frustrated! I've been using both breeding caves, non stop to try for Gold. First brass/flower but when the 24 hour fails started to bug me, I switched to brass/fire (at least it's 5 hour fails). This is the toughest combine for me since it took me 16 days to get a pearl dragon.
I used medal and firefly and brass and firefly and got 4 gold dragons. I know it is random but if you have not tried one these maybe it will work for you too. Good luck
BFS just announced that we're getting an additional, seventh, island, and a racing arena for dragon races. In a couple of hours from now, the latest update. Edit : Timeless was faster.
I got 3 Gold eggs using Chrome/Scorch. These were Ruby fails. Finally got a second Ruby. Saving up for another island now as I assume I will need it for the racing arena.

App Update - On your mark, get set... I think App update is going live, my App store showed the update but the update screens went back and forth between Update 1.8.1 last months bug fixes and Update 1.9. I turned off/on my phone to clear memory and it shows Update 1.9: Dragon Races New Island Added a FAQ button to options menu Bug fixes Downloading now - GO!!! Hope for future: Further upgraded Giving Tree, Upgraded Hibernation cave, more habitats, levels to 40, etc.
Additional Update Info I am level 34 and was able to add 1 more Habitat, so now have 34 at Level 34 Dragon Track is big, oval shaped stadium, I think 6 x 9 squares. New Island is actually called "Third Island" and it sells for $1 Million. Decorations are all the same and no new dragons (at least announced yet). Looking forward to decorating the new island in 12 hours or sooner if I use gems!
Boosts Does anyone know whether boosts affect dragons in the Colloseum? I have a plant and an earth boost on the same island as my Colloseum, so I would like to know if it decreases my chances of winning gold medals for the metal and air events.
