A dragon only available for one weekend? I hope it isn't too hard to get! I just checked my dragons to collect eggs and put in two more pairs to breed, only to find one pair wasn't finished, I've got either a seasonal or a second rainbow cooking in the breeding cave! Yay!
I love the moon dragon, so I hope a new one would be as nice as the original one! Although just one weekend to get seems a little difficult!
I'm still slow on the dragonvale learning curve . I just built the plant shrine and it said I need to make 50 level 10 plant dragons. Should I just start buying plant dragons then delete them when they're level 10 because I'm going to run out of habitat for them. Thanks.
Welcome ExitaR, The shrines level up from the specific type of dragon and all hybrids that contain that type, for example a plant dragon will only level up a plant shrine, a flower dragon will level up plant and fire, and a panglong dragon levels up four types of shrine at the same time. So in short, don't bother with 50 plant dragons, to be honest as you collect all the dragons and level them up you'll get most shrines. It's getting the dragons to level 15 to turn your shrines gold that gets really hard! Enjoy Dragonvale, it's my fave ever app!!
I hate these dragons where we only get a couple of days (Leapyear was a nightmare.) I don't have anymore habitats so I'll need to work that out too. I've already stopped breeding to free up the EBI and EBC although I have a Sapphire cooking in one. My luck I'd finally get that Silver right as the limited dragon comes out and one of my breeding spots would be tied up for 48 hrs.
I also have a Sapphire cooking in one of my caves, but am keeping the other free. I agree, I hate these short term rare dragons...hope they at least make it easy to breed.
I saw these three looking for blue moon pics first two are possibly the new dragon... Maybe? Doubt this one but kinda cool, nice art though
Glitch since last update Hi everyone, Just thought you may like to know that I emailed BS about the annoying lag time plus the fact that I cant visit any friends at all (booted straight back to home screen every time). Done all the usual things, reboot iPad, app. Also mentioned the real need for more habitats due to all these new dragons. Actually got a reply back this time They are aware of the lag time, glitch re friends and are apparently ‘working hard on rectifying the problem' They also acknowledged that they have been made aware that players want more habitats.....so wait and see I guess. Just been reading about this moon dragon on here GRR more pressure, just what I don't need right now.....can't even get a sniff of my sapphire gem dragon with both breeding caves working overtime.....hurried them up a few times with my rainy day gems but so far to no avail.....I have until the 21/9, so it better darn well happen and happen soon or I will be gutted So many are getting this dragon FIRST time....what the!!!!! Congrats to those of you that already have one and even two!!! Wow half your luck, so send me plenty of good luck cyber vibes please.....gotta get one of these plus an egg for display, I've tried new dragons cos I've been inundated with rain dragons, tried different levels....switching the order...guess I secretly hoped I would get mine nice and early too cos of only having 3 weeks, plus having the pressure taken off would have been nice this time....oh well...good luck to those of you still trying for one.....are there still any of you?
Can't imagine it'll be too easy. I think BFS sees these as big revenue bumps. I think with both Leapyear and Solstice they hit #1 in top grossing apps. Of course, I'll want two so I can continue breeding them plus an egg for display.
It is kind of cheesy that they are releasing this dragon after the blue moon has actually passed. It's like they realized they missed an opportunity to sell some gems so rushed one out afterwards.

I got both saphires with lvl 15 Mountain/Rain in that order in EBI. Good luck!!! How's gold going? I have both caves tied up for 48 hrs. In one breeding moon for display egg. In another gold and silver for a second silver. So far 2 gold fails. Blue moon would probably be as easy as Solstice. Hopefully it will look different enough to the original.
@ Yasha....thanks Yashy girl...hope it works, so annoying I can't visit anyone as I would love to see the Saphhire dragon moving around instead of just a pic. @ Eugekava, thanks mate.....I will try mountain/rain order for a while, I'm using one combo @ both lvl 15 and the other both lvl 14 just to see....have been dabbling with different levels now and then just to see if it would help (desperado)....Gold has again been put on the back burner since Sept 1 cos I need to concentrate on Sapphire....still only have one silver too, it's in hiding cos I don't want to give up a rainbow habitat at the moment. Just finished two lots of 7 hr fails and now have another two cooking.....lots of mud, rain, snow and a couple of fogs and icebergs....let's hope the mountain stays away as I've also had two of those (needed one).
